This is a super nice rental. The coondo is unfurnished, on the second floor (with an elevator) 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, nicely updated with laminate floors and an newer kitchen. Fourth Bayshore has a great community courtyard including their heated swimming pool, community center, shuffleboard and Bocci ball court. Residents must be 55 or older and the community will not allow pets. Manatee County bus line #99 runs right past this condo. Great shopping is less than a mile away.
